Overview of workshops…

Movement as Medicine : A Workshop to tune into your body and intuition during perimenopause.

When we move, everything moves. Movement is what we are, not something we do.

This workshop weaves together Qi Gong and Shake the Dust, two powerful practices that support the body, mind, and nervous system during perimenopause.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong cultivates and circulates vital energy (Qi) to prevent stagnation, which can cause imbalance and discomfort. Encouraging a healthy flow of Qi increases vitality, resilience, and inner strength, leaving you both calm and energised.

From stillness to rhythm, we shift into Shake the Dust, a dynamic cardio-somatic workout set to an uplifting playlist. Blending Yoga- and Qi Gong-inspired movement with pilates based body-weight exercises, rhythmic repetition, and intentional release, this practice helps build strength, boost energy, and shift emotions, it takes us through all states of the nervous system so we can learn to ride the waves of life with more ease.

By practicing these somatic-based movements, we tune into our intuition—not just in the mind, but in the body—learning to recognise when support is needed and how to respond with care. This is especially vital during perimenopause, a time of profound transformation that calls us to listen deeply.

There’s no pressure, no judgment—just space to move, release, and reconnect with yourself. By embracing these natural rhythms, we cultivate resilience, freedom, and balance through life’s transitions.

Restful Sleep & Stress Relief: A Holistic Workshop for Menopause

This workshop unites Western medical science with Eastern well-being, offering a holistic, therapeutic yoga approach to support your mind, body, energy and emotions. While yoga is not a magic pill and does not claim to ‘cure’ medical conditions or rebalance hormones like oestrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, it is scientifically proven to reduce stress and inflammation—key factors that can exacerbate menopause symptoms such as anxiety, hot flushes, and sleep disturbances.

Through yoga, somatic movement, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of nervous system regulation, establish a simple bedtime routine, and practice supportive techniques for deeper, more restful sleep.

Expect practical resources, and a take-home bedtime practice sheet.

Leave feeling empowered with simple yet effective strategies to improve sleep quality and overall well-being.

Eirian is a certified Yoga Therapist, dedicated to supporting women through life’s transitions. With over ten years of experience, she has helped countless individuals overcome workplace burnout, improve sleep, and restore balance.

Her personal journey with sleep disturbances and burnout led her to explore holistic practices that nurture well-being. Over the years, she has built a career around helping women navigate stress, overwhelm, and hormonal shifts—empowering them to reconnect with their bodies and inner resilience.

With a trauma-informed, creative, and holistic approach, Eirian brings lightness to deep healing, inspiring those who once lived fast to embrace rest and sustainable well-being.

Lou Walker, Somatic & Energy Practitioner

After experiencing complete exhaustive burnout in 2022, Lou  discovered the transformative power  of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, Qi Gong, and somatic movement. These three modalities became the foundation of her healing journey, helping her rebuild strength, resilience, and balance. After her recovery she deepened her practice by completing a 200-hour Qi Gong teacher training in 2024 and a 50-hour Shake the Dust training with Satu, founder of Authentic Flow Tribe.

Through deep research and self-exploration, Lou recognised the link between burnout and perimenopause, where stress, nervous system regulation, and hormonal shifts intersect. Attending menopause summits and studying this transition, she gained a profound understanding of its complexities and how it is often closely tied to life’s circumstances, influenced by stress, nervous system regulation, and fluctuating hormones. She has come to understand that perimenopause is a deeply personal and complex transition, one that deserves awareness, knowledge, and compassionate support.

Lou is passionate about helping others experience the transformative power of movement, reconnect with their body’s wisdom, and navigate this phase with greater ease.
