TESTIMONIAL - Bex - Yoga Therapy Client
"I have struggled with insomnia for my entire life and it was really impacting my mental health, I tried so many different tips and practices but nothing ever worked.
On one to one sessions, Eirian coached me through various different sleep practices and tools to help balance my nervous system, and helped me to understand my triggers and how I was sabotaging my sleep throughout the day.
She made me feel really safe and we tackled issues together. I am now getting 6-8 hours sleep a night much more often, and when I don't, I have lots of tricks up my sleeve to help me replenish my energy and state of mind throughout the day.
I really love Eirian's approach and would recommend it to anyone who is suffering like I have, it's really improved my quality of life!”

TESTIMONIAL - Hannah - Yoga Therapy Client
'“I have done a lot of holistic work in the past couple of years but I’ve enjoyed that Yoga Therapy has given me even more food for thought. I felt Eirian listened and was empathic, and ensured I understood what she was teaching me.
I’ve enjoyed the fact that it has made me rest and carve out space each day to slow down, and the fact that it might be helping my pain reduce is just wonderful! The gentle movement has also helped my flexibility, which is a learning curve for me as I’ve always thought the best way to encourage movement in the areas I experience pain is to push them harder.
There were a couple of times I was particularly low/stressed and Eirian accommodated that and made me feel very comfortable and able to be open. The things I have learned I plan to implement into my daily life moving forward!”
