As we approach the busy festive season, you’re invited to pause, recharge and build resilience to stress through supportive yoga practices, contrast therapy and nourishing food.

Based in picturesque North Wales, The Forge is the perfect spot to get away from it all and reconnect to the rhythms of nature and yourself.

At 10.30am We will meet in the cozy log cabin, candle lit & heated by a roaring fire - settle in with a hot drink before the morning practice.

Seasonal Sync Yoga workshop - guided by Yoga Therapist Eirian Collinge

In the morning you will be guided through of therapeutic and supportive yoga practice, soothing the Airy 'Vata' qualities that tend to dominate during autumn.

Exploring mindful yoga and somatic movement - you’re invited to tune into more fluid, explorative, meditative movements blended with breathwork & nourishing stillness.

All bodies welcome - this class is also suitable for complete beginners.

Contrast Therapy - Sauna & Cold Plunge

After our relaxing morning session we will head over to the wood fired sauna which has lovely views of the nature pool & countryside from the inside.

We will have roughly 90 mins to alternate between the sauna and dipping pool. You may engage in this activity as you wish. There is no expectation to go in the water if you don’t feel like it.

You’re also welcome to cozy up in the main cabin with a book when you’re done.

There are hot showers on site for you to use and get changed in.
