I’m passionate about promoting a healthy, happy working life and my experience teaching yoga to colleagues in 2014 inspired me to get Yoga Alliance Qualified and teach full time.

Taking an hour over lunch to attend Yoga has genuinely made a big difference to my working day. I find I have a much happier and productive work life balance since attending the classes.
I’ve always found it hard to switch off and give myself an hour break in previous jobs, thinking that taking this time off would cause me more stress later on in the day. However it’s made a major difference to my productivity levels, clarity of thinking and energy levels throughout the remainder of my day.
I also feel it’s brought me closer to my fellow work colleagues… we have a lot of fun trying out new poses each week!
Overall it’s definitely a massive improvement both mentally and physically.
