Donation based Rooftop Yoga 15th August

I’m excited to be hosting a mixed level vinyasa flow class to raise money for The Erenjang Project – an amazing cause ran by fellow Manchester Yoga teacher Madeline Penfold.

The Erenjang Project works to support children in Kotu, The Gambia throughout their earliest and most important years of education, providing support to the children who’s family can not afford to send them to school.
We believe that every child deserves the right to an education – it provides a place where they can learn, play, create, explore, grow and be children.
Through our support, we provide school fee payments, uniforms, books, teacher training fees and school maintenance.
We know that by coming together we can build a brighter future for the children of Erenjang.

Wednesday 15th August

6.30pm – 7.30pm

24 Lever Street, Northern Quarter, Manchester

Vinyasa Flow is one of the more fast paced styles of yoga where movement is linked to breath in a beautifully smooth, dance-like way.

With a fun loving spirit, Eirian ensures her classes are playful and accessible – creating a safe environment where students can move freely, feel good and experience a positive mind body connection.

At the sessions expect to build strength, stretch & sweat whilst you lift your spirits in a creative environment.

Mixed level class, beginners welcome.
